KEEN in the Kitchen nurtures a love for healthy eating.
Program Description
In partnership with Allergic to Salad, KEEN Athletes will learn how to prepare healthy and delicious dishes. They will develop important life skills and learn about kitchen safety in a supervised and judgment free environment. Athletes will be paired with a volunteer to assist them with their food tasks!
