Attendance Policy
In order to be fair to all of our KEEN Athletes, we have established an attendance policy. In cases where there is a program waiting list, Athletes who consistently miss their KEEN sessions will be removed in favor of Athletes who are waiting for a space.
Athletes will be removed from a program if:
An athlete misses 3 or more sessions without notice within one quarter across any KEEN programs they are enrolled.
An athlete misses 5 sessions in a year, without notice.
Exceptions will be made for Athletes who are missing sessions due to medical issues or family crises.
If you have any sign of illness, we ask that you remain home and let us know in order to keep everyone safe.
If an athlete is going to miss a session, it is important to reach us even if it is at the very last minute! You can email us at info@keensanfrancisco.org or call 415-967-2336.
